My work answers one question in different forms: what capability does this organization need, and how do we build it so the result is measurable? Sometimes the answer is a learning program. Sometimes it’s a redesigned process or procedure — or a new system that removes the bottleneck entirely. The discipline stays the same: diagnose with evidence, design to the real problem, prove the outcome, and place controls for future success.
I came to this through over two decades in education and a doctorate in educational leadership, where I learned to design for how people actually learn — and to measure whether it stuck, using survey research, longitudinal data, qualitative coding, and statistical data analysis. Over the last eight-plus years I’ve built enterprise learning, business processes, managed process improvement, developed websites and SharePoint sites, created curriculum frameworks, compliance programs, live classes, virtual classes, blended learning, eLearning courses, and led organizations through change initiatives.
Since 2022 I’ve folded generative AI into that work — building applications, automations, and processes that compress month-long efforts into single days. I coach and champion thoughtful applied and operationalized AI to help bring it to scale. I ground this work in Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt), IAPP AI Governance training, and the build side: Claude and other agentic systems, and expert prompt engineering.
